- A collaboration between the Sarasota County School Board and Goodwill, the program provides English training and access to bi-lingual GoodPartner Coaches for people with language barriers. - A collaboration between the Manatee County School Board and Goodwill, the program provides GED services to adult learners at our Desoto Junction GoodNeighbor Center. Call 827-0064 for more information.
- Vocational Training opportunities
- Supported JobsPlus: Helps individuals with physical or developmental disabilities gain positive personal and workplace behaviors and skills while earning a paycheck at Goodwill. The program features workplace accommodations and access to job coaches and mentors who offer employment, family, and personal counseling to participants.

- GoodwillWorks!
- Provides jobs and vocational training to people with barriers to employment, including former welfare recipients, single mothers, recent immigrants, high school dropouts and individuals with a history of chronic unemployment, incarceration or substance abuse. GoodwillWorks! helps individuals earn a paycheck, build a strong work history, and develop a launching pad for higher-paying jobs outside Goodwill. The program offers participants assessment, training, access to mentors, and a variety of formal training opportunities such as GED and ESOL classes, Technical School, college and university educations.
